Cliff has been active in the financial services industry since 1992. Cliff is a Registered Representative with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 66, 63, 3 and 30 registrations (CRD#: 3111857). At present, Cliff is a Senior Vice President with the Bluerock Capital Markets National Accounts team. 

After starting his career 28 years ago with the Bank of New York, Cliff has worked for HSBC, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Altegris and Russell Investments. Cliff’s expertise is a mixture of financial services analytics and relationship management/networking. 

He is a proud volunteer with the Invest in Others financial services charitable organization as a Development Committee member. Through programs and events, Invest in Others helps advisors make the most of their charitable work and have an even bigger impact. 

Cliff and his wife of 25 years, Heather, live in the Mid-Hudson Valley with their two 17-year-old children, Gabriella and Gavin, and three dogs.
