Giovanna Barajas

Bilingual Clinical Survivor Advocate

Giovanna recently graduated from University of California, Riverside with a BA in Political Science. She graduated with a 3.93 GPA and gave the commencement speech at her graduation. She is a member of America's most prestigious honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. She has previous experience working for non-profit organizations such as CCEJ and Earth Day. Giovanna was born in Mexico and received DACA in 2021. Due to her immigration background, Giovanna would like to attend law school and become an immigration lawyer. Giovanna can speak English, Spanish, and French. At the end of the day, Giovanna loves advocating for others and wants to help people and make a positive impact in their lives.
